Ringshing Return, Refund & Buyback Policy

At Ringshing, we take pride in our craftsmanship, material quality, and attention to detail. Every piece is carefully inspected to ensure consistency and authenticity.

We are committed to providing a transparent and clearly defined purchasing experience for all customers.

By placing an order or completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.


1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all transactions with Ringshing, including website orders, WhatsApp orders, direct messages, and invoice-based purchases.

No purchase is exempt from this policy.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 3 days of purchase or delivery (as applicable).

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included
  • Requests after 3 days will not be accepted

Eligibility criteria must be fully met for any return approval.


3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain products are strictly classified as Final Sale due to customization, exclusivity, or sourcing conditions.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Limited edition or exclusive designs
  • Specially sourced or imported items

Final Sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for buyback under any circumstances.


4. Final Sale Product Catalogue

The following products are classified as Final Sale:

All listed items are Final Sale and strictly excluded from return, refund, exchange, or buyback.


5. Buyback Policy

Eligible items may be considered for buyback at up to 70% of invoice value, subject to inspection and approval.

  • Item must pass quality inspection
  • No damage, wear, or modification allowed
  • Final decision remains at Ringshing’s discretion

Buyback does not apply to Final Sale items.


6. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to strict inspection. Items not meeting condition requirements will be rejected.


7. Policy Enforcement

This policy is applied consistently across all customers and all sales channels. No exceptions are made outside the stated terms.


8. Agreement

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, which forms a binding agreement.
